Consultation: In this 60-90 minute visit, current symptoms and past treatments will be reviewed, a thorough diagnostic assessment will be made, and tailored recommendations will be provided. A written summary of recommendations will also be sent via secure portal. Some individuals will require 1-2 additional sessions to complete the consultation.
Doctor to Doctor Consultation: Treatment consultation can be provided directly to a prescriber (typically without client present). Client would be responsible for fee.

I do not take insurance but some insurances with out-of-network benefits may provide you reimbursement. If you are interested in seeking reimbursement, please call your individual health plan to find out if you have out-of-network coverage. Please also be aware that some insurances may indicate that I take your insurance because of my hospital role; however, in this private practice, insurance is not taken.
